FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything brands and creators ask us most.
What is Collaby?
Collaby is a creator-brand collaboration platform built for India. It helps brands discover creators, manage campaigns from brief to delivery, and measure the revenue and ROI those campaigns generate.
How does Collaby work?
Brands create a campaign, discover and select creators, manage content approvals in one place, and track performance as Reels go live — including views, clicks, conversions and attributed revenue.
How can brands find influencers for their brand?
Search and filter Collaby's creator marketplace by niche, city, audience and past performance, or submit a campaign brief and get matched with creators who fit.
How can creators find brand collaborations?
Create a free Collaby profile showcasing your content and performance, then browse open campaigns or receive direct offers from brands.
How much does influencer marketing cost in India?
It varies by creator tier, niche and platform. Nano and micro-creators are typically far more affordable than macro-influencers. See our creator pricing guide on the blog for a fuller breakdown.
How do I measure influencer marketing ROI?
Compare campaign spend against attributed revenue — tracked through unique creator links, UTM parameters, promo codes or e-commerce integrations. Collaby calculates this automatically as ROAS and ROI.
How do I track Instagram Reel performance?
Collaby tracks views, reach, engagement, watch time and completion rate for each Reel published as part of a campaign, alongside the clicks and conversions it generated.
What is ROAS?
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) is revenue generated per rupee of spend — revenue divided by spend. A ROAS of 4.75× means ₹4.75 in revenue for every ₹1 spent.
What is the difference between ROI and ROAS?
ROAS is a ratio of revenue to spend. ROI expresses profit as a percentage after subtracting cost. Both matter — ROI shows profitability, ROAS shows revenue efficiency.
How do brands pay influencers?
Once a collaboration is agreed, payment is managed within Collaby, replacing scattered bank transfers and screenshots with a single record per creator per campaign.
How does creator matching work?
Brands describe their campaign — category, audience, budget, goal and platform — and Collaby recommends creators whose audience fit, niche and historical performance match the brief.
What is a creator marketplace?
A creator marketplace is where brands discover and connect with creators for paid collaborations. Collaby extends this with campaign management and ROI measurement.
Can small businesses use Collaby?
Yes. Collaby is built for brands of every size, from a first local campaign to enterprise creator marketing programs.
